Automotive Wires Flammability Tester

Standards Satisfied:

QC/T703-2005,SAE-J 1128-2005

  • Dimension 500x650x400 mm
  • Burning gas using high-purity propane gas or liquefied petroleum gas
  • Tested wires length:600mm(24 in), Sample clamping Angle:45 degree
  • The bunsen burner has a 13mm inlet hole and 10mm (3/8 in) nominal diameter, the spray fire pipe outer flame diameter is 100mm (4in), the inner flame is 50 mm(1/2in), the temperature of the inner flame as least 900-degree celsius.
  • The Bunsen burner flame should be put in the bottom of the samples and perpendicular to the axis of the piece. The tip of the inner flame role should be in the midpoint of the sample
  • Automatic ignition: flame burns the sample continues for 15 seconds and is off automatically.
  • After burning for 15 seconds, will time the continued burning, complete the continued burning time until the continued burning is crushed out, and put off the stop button.

Rated at 50 V MMS or below-ground vehicles with low voltage electrical systems of primary cable flame retardant test, automobile wires.
The components of this instrument are the control panel, flammability chamber, Bunsen burner, electromagnetic valve, high-pressure ignition, gas line, pressure regulating valves, timer, and governing valve control wire.
